🔼 Victory! The women’s soccer team beat TCU 2-1 on Thursday. Tyra Eriksen and Alysiah Lockette each scored. UCF is now 7-3-1 overall and 2-2-1 in Big 12 play. Both teams had 10 shots and three shots on goal. Goalkeeper Kaïna Cesar had two saves.

Fun Fact.

The football team has recorded # interceptions so far this season which is tied for 11th in the country and second in the Big 12.

🔼 Double Threat. The women’s soccer team had two players earn Big 12 Weekly Honors. Kalena Bellini was named the Defensive Player of the Week. She recorded her third assist of the season and helped UCF to shut out No. 17 Colorado. Kaïna Cesar earned Goalkeeper of the Week. She recorded her second clean sheet of the season, stopping all four shots from Colorado.
