🔼 Going Pro! Baseball player Andrew Williamson was selected in the Second Round of the 2026 MLB Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals. He was the 68th overall pick. Williamson is the sixth highest Knight picked and the 132nd player drafted overall in program history. He is just the second Black and Gold player selected in the second round and the program’s highest pick since 2004.

🔼 He’s a Keeper. The men’s soccer team signed goalkeeper Kai Longanecker to the 2026 roster. The incoming freshman represented the first Academy goalkeeper in Charlotte FC history to make his professional debut in 2025. He was previously tabbed to the U.S. Youth Soccer’s West Region 2024-25 Olympic Development Program.
