📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Wins! The volleyball team swept Arkansas State 3-0 on Friday. Skylar English secured a season-high 13 digs. Avah Armour led the team with 12 kills. Next, the Knights beat Florida Atlantic 3-1 in its first space game of the season. Armour led with 19 kills and tallied a career-high five aces. Sophia Kotsovolos reached a career 1,000 digs. UCF finished the weekend with a 1-3 loss to Brown.

🚀 ONE BIG THING

Historic Run. The cross country team competed in the Southern Showcase on Friday. Five athletes recorded personal-best times. Alexandra Raquet ran a 17:19.0 to put herself eighth in the program’s all-time 5k records. Yvone Sandui led the Knights with a time of 17:11.9. She has the third-best time in the program’s 5k history book now.
