Good morning, Knights. UCF softball heads to Los Angeles for a Super Regional showdown with No. 8 overall seed UCLA after knocking off No. 9 seed Florida State in Tallahassee to clinch the program's second Super Regional berth.

UCF enters with a 41-17-1 record, its first 40-win season since joining the Big 12, and a program-record 71 home runs. Coco Jaimes has been a postseason force, batting .500 through eight career NCAA Tournament games. Game 1 is set for tonight at Easton Stadium.

🔼 Row, Row, Repeat. UCF rowing swept the Big 12's top awards for the second straight year after claiming its second consecutive conference championship. Junior Brigitte Kappler earned Rower of the Year honors after anchoring a First 8+ that won by 13 seconds at the Big 12 Championship, while freshman Madison Lovejoy took home Newcomer of the Year after rowing in the program's top two boats all spring. Head coach Mara Allen claimed her second consecutive Coach of the Year nod after guiding UCF to a program-high No. 11 national ranking and first-place finishes in all but one race this season. The Knights earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships.

🔼 To the NCAA Championship. UCF baseball fell to Oklahoma State, 12-6, in Surprise, Ariz., at the Big 12 Tournament yesterday. The NCAA field will be revealed on Monday at noon.

🔼 Welcome To UCF. UCF men's tennis bolstered its roster for 2026-27 with the addition of Mohammed Alkotop, a proven transfer from Florida State. The Jordan native brings a 55-24 career singles record across three collegiate seasons at Utah State and Florida State, highlighted by 2024 Mountain West Freshman of the Year honors and an ITA doubles ranking as high as No. 82. Alkotop joins a Knights program coming off a second consecutive Sweet 16 appearance and a No. 13 final national ranking.
