๐Ÿ”ผ Back-to-Back. No. 11 UCF rowing swept all five races at the Big 12 Championship in Sarasota to claim its second consecutive conference title, accumulating a perfect 81 points. The Knights went wire-to-wire in each race, with the First 8+ delivering the clinching performance in a dominant 6:16.46 finish. Six Knights earned All-Big 12 honors. UCF advances to the NCAA Championships at Lake Lanier in Georgia beginning May 29 with an automatic bid.

๐Ÿ”ผ Time To Be Super. UCF softball pulled off one of the biggest wins in program history Sunday, knocking off No. 9 overall seed Florida State to claim the Tallahassee Regional championship and punch its ticket to the NCAA Super Regionals for just the second time in program history. Freshman Tori Payne delivered the clinching performance, spinning six innings and allowing just one run on four hits in the decisive game two. Sophomore Beth Damon blasted her 16th home run of the season to give UCF an early 2-0 lead, and Izzy Mertes added a go-ahead two-run shot. The Knights went 3-1 on the weekend, outscoring their three opponents 17-6, and earned their first win over Florida State since 2011.

๐Ÿ”ผ Tourney Time. UCF baseball closed the regular season in style, walking off Kansas State 6-5 on a Landon Moran ground ball in the ninth to finish 19-11 in Big 12 play, marking both a program high in conference wins and series wins in the Big 12 era, and the most conference victories for UCF since 2005. Freshman Stephen Chucka tied it in the ninth with the first home run of his collegiate career before Moran's game-winner capped a back-and-forth battle. The Knights earned the No. 4 seed and a double bye heading into Thursday's Big 12 Tournament quarterfinal in Surprise, Arizona, where they'll face No. 5 Oklahoma State at 12 p.m. ET.

๐Ÿ”ผ Ran For It. UCF track and field closed the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with several program-defining moments, finishing 10th with 41 points. The 4x100 relay team of Aaliyah Gipson, Janiah Pulliam, Datavia Hunter, and Jazmen Newberry won the program's first Big 12-era gold medal in the event with a 43.57, also UCF's first conference 4x100 title since 2023.

Newberry added an individual silver in the 400 meters with a program-record 51.17, while the 4x400 squad posted another program record of 3:28.09 for silver. Toni Galloway earned silver in the 100-meter hurdles with a personal-best 12.85, third-fastest in program history, extending UCF's streak to six consecutive top-three finishes in the event at the outdoor conference championships. Qualifying Knights head to the NCAA Eastern Preliminary in Lexington, Kentucky, beginning May 27.
