Women’s golf head coach Emily Marron has been named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Watch List for the 2025-26 Division I Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year. Marron is one of 20 coaches nationally recognized for the prestigious honor, which is considered the highest annual coaching award in women’s collegiate golf. The Knights have turned in an impressive 2025-26 campaign, recording eight top-five finishes, including tournament titles at the Illini Invitational and Lady Luck Invitational.
