🔼 Starting Strong. The women’s track and field team began its outdoor season hosting the Knight Invite. The team had many personal bests and the second NCAA lead. On day one, Kate Henselmeier ran her best collegiate time at 25.01 in the 200m. Kiah Williams has the NCAA lead of 22.95 in the 200m.
On day two, the Knights had an amazing 4×100m relay performance that ranks them ninth in the NCAA. Rayniah Jones and Y’vette Harris claimed first and second in hurdles. Williams took first and claimed the top time in the NCAA for the 400m with a 51.90 time.
🔼 Sweep. The women’s tennis team swept Cincinnati 4-0 on Friday and West Virginia 5-2 on Saturday. Olivia Lincer had her first Big 12 Conference win in the Cincinnati match. In the match against West Virginia, the team won two doubles matches and four singles matches.

🔼 Split Weekend. The men’s tennis team split the weekend with one win and one loss. The Knights fell to No. 8 Texas on Friday 0-4 but beat No. 27 Baylor on Sunday 4-0. This was the first win in the Big 12 Conference for the program.

Series Win. The baseball team won its series over Kansas in a strong doubleheader day. The Knights lost its first game on Friday, 3-13, but bounced back on Saturday with 6-2 and 4-1 wins. Braden Calise went 6-for-6 on the day and reached base eight times. Andrew Sundean drove in five runs. Wiley Hartley went a career-long six-plus innings in game two of the doubleheader, allowing just one run on four hits and striking out two.
