Space U Brew 11/21: Men's Soccer Advances to NCAA 2nd Round
The men's soccer team beat FAU in round one of the NCAA Championship.

🔼 Next Round. The men’s soccer team beat Florida Atlantic in the first round of the 2025 NCAA Championships. Clarence Awoudor, Joey Mueller and Lilian Ricol scored. This marked Ricol’s 13th goal of the season. He is the leading scorer in the Sun Belt Conference. Goalkeeper Juanvi Muñoz had two saves. The men will play No. 15 Georgetown on Sunday at 5pm ET.
🔼 Fifth Win. The men’s basketball team kicked off the Legends Classic with a 77-67 win over Pitt. UCF is now 5-1 this season. The men shot 52.5% from the field and out-rebounded the Panthers 37-28. Riley Kugel and Themus Fulks each had 18 points. Kugel was awarded Outstanding Performance of the Game by the tournament.
🔼 Season Finale. The women’s soccer team faced Duke in the second round of the 2025 NCAA Championship. Goalkeeper Genesis Perez Watson tallied a career-high 15 saves. The saves also tied for fourth-most in UCF history and the most since 1997. The Knights had six shots, and two were on goal, but fell 1-0.
