🔼 Victory. The women’s soccer team won its season opener against UAB 2-1. Senior newcomers Liz Worden and Rajanah Reed each scored in the first half, just thirteen minutes apart. This is the program’s sixth straight win on Opening Knight. Goalkeeper Genesis Perez Watson recorded three saves.

🔼  Two More. Head rowing coach Mara Allen signed a two-year contract extension. Allen will continue coaching at UCF through the 2030 season. Allen led the Knights to their first Big 12 Championship title in just her second season with the program.

Extended. Head track and field and cross country coach Dana Boone signed a two-year contract extension. Boone is one of the longest-tenured head coaches at UCF. Her contract is good through the 2028-29 season.
