🔼 Semifinalist. Football kicker Noe Ruelas was named a semifinalist for the 2025 Lou Groza National Collegiate Placekicker award. Ruelas is one of 20 FBS kickers to earn a spot on the list. He is the first UCF kicker in its FBS history to make three field goals of 50+ yards. Ruelas is 14-for-16 on field goals and 27-for-28 on PATs.

🔼 Get Schooled. The women’s basketball team beat FIU 79-61 on Tuesday. The Knights shot 46.6% from the field and 90% from the charity stripe. The 90% is the highest free-throw percentage in a game for the Knights with a minimum of 15 free-throw attempts since 2018. Four players were in the double-digits. Jacorriah Bracey led the team with 17 points. Leah Harmon was right behind with 15.

New Knights. The women’s tennis team added two athletes to its 2026 roster. Wei Zhangqian holds an ITF junior ranking of No. 94. Marta Makarova is ranked No. 57 nationally in 18U in her home country of Kirov, Russia. Learn more about each athlete here.
