🔼 Welcome! The football team welcomes Pete Alamar as the new special teams coordinator and senior analyst. Alamar has more than 40 years as an assistant coach and nearly 20 years working with special teams units. He was recently the associate head coach and special teams coordinator at Rice.

🔼 Season 2. The men’s tennis team begins its second season under head coach Lloyd Bruce-Burgess. In his first season, Bruce-Burgess led the team to a No. 28 ITA ranking, finished 4th in the Big 12 and took down No. 23 Florida in the NCAA Tournament first round.

Schedule Change. The men’s tennis team has a schedule change for Saturday. Elon pulled out of competition due to insufficient number of players.

Lookout! The softball team has two freshmen coming in hot! D1Softball named Yessenia Lopez and Coco Jaimes to the D100 Freshman Watch List. Lopez is ranked No. 35 in the national 2024-25 freshman class, according to Extra Inning Softball. Jaimes earned two Golden Glove awards in her high school career.
