🔼 Complete. The men’s golf team finished the Bearcat Invitational tied for 15th place. The team had an overall score of 872 (+20). Jakub Hejlek led the Knights tied for 33rd place individually. He had a score of 215 (+2).

🔼 Tough Fight. The volleyball team took on No. 21 Baylor at home last night. The Knights tallied 32 kills and six aces. Skylar English led the team with 10 kills. UCF fell in its first Big 12 match of the season 0-3 (25-16, 25-17, 25-23).

🚀 ONE BIG THING

UCF Athletics Association officially announced the 2025 UCF Hall of Fame Class last month, comprising of six decorated former student-athletes. 

This year’s class includes Cornell Green (Football), Alex Haynes (Football), Dexter Lyons (Basketball), Miriam Metzcus-Ochoa (Volleyball), Aurieyall Scott (Track and Field) and Mike Sims-Walker (Football).

The group will be recognized at an induction banquet on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at the Celeste Hotel (4105 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826) on the UCF campus. Individual tickets are $175 each – or $2,000 for a Hall of Fame Table (10 seats) – and include an hour-long cocktail reception beginning at 6 p.m. ET followed by the dinner and program at 7 p.m.
