🔼 Just Short. The women’s basketball team took on Utah on Wednesday. UCF fell 67-57. The team shot 33.9% from the field and 35.71% from deep. Kristol Ayson led the team with 15 points. Mahogany Chandler-Roberts had 13 points and Summer Yancy followed with 12.

🔼 Ranked Game. The men’s basketball team faced No. 8 Houston on Wednesday. The Knights fell 79-55. Riley Kugel led the team with nine points and four other players each had eight points. UCF shot 30.77% from the field.

🚀 ONE BIG THING

Part 2. Men’s basketball player Themus Fulks was named to the Big 12 Starting Five. This is the second time he's earned the honor this season. Fulks and the Knights won their second ranked game of the year against then-No. 11 Texas Tech. Fulks is the first player in program history to post five double-digit assist games in a single season. He is also the first Knight this century to record three point-assist double-doubles in a single season.
