🔼 Home Opener. The men’s basketball team beat Hofstra 82-78 in its home opener on Monday night. Jordan Burks recorded a career-high 17 points. Riley Kugel led the game with 19 points and was named the Player of the Game. The Knights shot 46.4% from the field and 40% from behind the arc.

🔼 First Win. The women’s basketball team won its season opener against Bethune-Cookman 75-36. This marks the second-fewest allowed points in a game under head coach Sytia Messer. The program is now 4-0 in season openers under Messer. Four players were in the double figures. Leah Harmon led the game with a career-high 14 points. The Knight shot 47.5% from the field.

🔼 Quarterfinals. The women’s soccer team fell in the Big 12 Tournament to Colorado 3-2. Rajanah Reed and Ella Holloran scored for the Knights. Goalkeeper Genesis Perez Watson had eight saves. Overall, UCF had 14 shots, and seven were on goal. The Knights finished their season 11-3-5 overall and 5-1-5 in conference play.

Brick Wall. Women’s soccer player Genesis Perez Watson was named the Big 12 Goalkeeper of the Week. Jada Silvest was named the Big 12 Defender of the Week. This marks the second award for Perez Watson and the first for Silvest. The Knights tied No.15/6 Texas Tech 0-0 and locked the No. 6 seed for the Big 12 Soccer Tournament.
