🔼 Famous. Men’s basketball head coach Johnny Dawkins was named to the Washington D.C. Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2025. This is his third induction into a Hall of Fame. Dawkins is entering his 10th season at UCF. The Knights have made five trips to the postseason during his tenure.

Smart Squad. The women’s soccer team was named a 2024-25 United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award winner. The award recognizes a team’s exemplary performance in the classroom during the academic year. This is the 14th time in the past 17 seasons that the Knights have earned the honor. The Knights had a 3.60 team GPA in 2024-25.
