The women's tennis team secured UCF Athletics its first Big 12 title.

🔼 Champs! The women’s tennis team clinched UCF’s first Big 12 Championship. The Knights beat Utah 4-1 to claim at least a share of the regular-season crown. The women are the first in the league to have 12 wins.

🔼 Series Dub. After Thursday’s 9-1 win, the softball team beat BYU 4-3 on Friday to win the series. Beth Damon hit a home run in the fourth to extend the team’s lead to 3-0. Stormy Kotzelnick’s RBI single ended up being the game-winning run.

🔼 Big Win. The baseball team beat Kansas State 15-3 in game one. The team had 20 hits and 14 RBIs, and Chase Krewson went a perfect 5-for-5 at the plate. The Knights dropped game two 3-1 and game three 8-6.

🔼 Court Report. The No. 18 men’s tennis team beat Oklahoma State 4-3. Emilio Sanchez won the game-winning match. The team fell in doubles but won three singles matches to take the victory. The Knights took down No. 70 Texas Tech 4-0 on Sunday. Tennis is done with its regular season and will compete in the Big 12 Championship this weekend.

🔼 On the Green. The men’s golf team finished sixth at the Tar Heel Intercollegiate. The team posted a final score of 17 over par. Hans Risvaer ended the regular season with an even-to-par score of 210, tying for eighth place individually.

Champion. A former men’s golfer won the Sunshine Tour this past weekend in South Africa.

Double Meets. The track and field team competed at the Duke and USF Invitationals this past weekend. The team had multiple top-10 outings and event-winning marks to grow from. Natalia Madison took 7th in the heptathlon. Bailey McLain claimed first in the 1500m.
