Space U Brew 5/11: Baseball Wins Final Away Series
The baseball team won its final away series of the regular season against Baylor.

🔼 Series Win. The baseball team faced Baylor this past weekend. The Knights won 8-0 in the series opener. Mateo Gray, Max Murray and Anthony Lariz pitched the game. They allowed just five hits over nine scoreless frames and combined for eight strikeouts. Jordan Lodise hit a home run. Javier Crespo and Landon Moran led the team with three hits each. The men clinched the series on Saturday with a 19-3, seven-inning win. UCF had a season-best 22 hits. DeAmez Ross went a career-best 5-for-6 at the plate with four RBIs. The men fell in the series finale 8-7.

Fought Hard. The No. 15 men’s tennis team faced No. 4 Wake Forest in the NCAA Super Regional match on Friday 4-1. This marks the second consecutive year the Knights have fallen to the reigning champions.
