🔼 National Recognition. UCF volleyball player Avah Armour was selected to take part in the U.S. Women’s National Volleyball Team Collegiate Training. The program will take place Feb. 19-22. There are 60-72 collegiate athletes who will train with professionals in different workshops to strengthen their abilities. It is held at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

🔼 Part 3. The Big 12 named Isabella Vega the Pitcher of the Week. This is her third time earning the award in her career. Vega pitched a total of 15.1 innings over the last week without surrendering an earned run. She posted a spotless 0.00 ERA, earned three winning decisions with 15 strikeouts and a .158 batting average against.
