🔼 Weekly Honor. Softball player Sierra Humphreys was named the Big 12 Player of the Week. She is the fourth Knight this season to earn a weekly honor. She hit for an aggregate .700 average in UCF’s three contests against Utah. Humphreys had five runs scored, two home runs, eight RBI, 13 total bases and one walk in helping lead her squad to its series win over the Utes. The Knights as a team were named the Big 12 Diamond Performers of the Week for being hot at the plate.

Welcome! The women’s basketball team has a new director of operations. Mollie Patmore will join the staff for the 2026-27 season as the director of operations. She spent the past two seasons in the same role at South Florida. Her second stint in Tampa came after serving in a similar role at UMBC as the women’s basketball director of operations.
