🔼 Series Dub. The softball team started its series against Texas Tech with an 8-5 win and secured the series with a 12-9 win for game two. Head coach Cindy Ball-Malone won her 300th career game. The Knights had 16 hits, the team’s second-highest single-game total this spring.

🔼 Got the Win. The baseball team won its series 2-1 against Texas Tech. The men won 5-4, 2-1 and lost 2-3. Dom Stagliano and Chase Centala held Texas Tech to just one run and five hits in game two. Danny Neri drove in the game-winning run in the sixth inning with an RBI single to right.

🔼 Another One. The women’s tennis team beat Houston 4-2. The team dropped the doubles point but came back to win four singles matches to take the victory. Jantje Tilbuerger clinched the overall win as she won her singles match on court three.

🔼 At the Top. The rowing team finished in second place at the Sunshine State Invitational, finishing first in the II Eight, I Four and III Eight. The Knights finished second in the II Four A and B. They finished fourth in the I Eight.

🚀 ONE BIG THING

Fast in Florida. The track and field team competed in the Florida Relays and had multiple top-10 all-time marks on day one. Brenna Mullaney ran a 10:47.59 in the 3,000m steeplechase for a first-place win and placed second-fastest in program history. On day two, Rayniah Jones finished second in her field and first in her heat in the 100m hurdles. She ended up taking second in the finals. Kiah Williams is third in the NCAA for her 51.55 time in the 400m.
