📈 STOCK UP 

🔼 Super Three. The women’s tennis team earned three postseason honors. Assistant coach Francesca Di Lorenzo was named ITA Southeast Region Assistant Coach of the Year. Marina Gatell earned Rookie of the Year. Jantje Tilbuerger was selected as the region’s Most Improved Player. Di Lorenzo also helped orchestrate a dominant regular season that saw the Knights post a 7-1 nonconference record, including a perfect 6-0 mark against in-state opponents. Gatell opened the spring with a 5-0 singles record and a 5-2 doubles mark. By the midway point of Big 12 play, Tilbuerger had delivered the match-clinching point in each of UCF's first five conference victories while posting an unblemished 8-0 record on court two.

🔼  All-American. Rowing athlete Brigitte Kappler was named an All-American Honorable Mention. Kappler has been a member of the First 8+ in back-to-back historic seasons. Kappler was also named to the All-Big 12 team and was a member of the First 8+ when it was named Big 12 Boat of the Week twice this season.
