📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Dubs to Go. The volleyball team won its season opener against Virginia Tech 3-2. It was head coach Jenny Maurer’s 100th win. The team also beat Charlotte 3-0. The team is 2-0 on the season so far.

🔼 Top Tier. The women’s cross country team competed in the UCF Invitational and finished third in the 5k race. Isabella Richardson led the Knights with an 18:33.7 time for eighth place.

🔼 Tied Up. The men’s soccer team tied with Wake Forest on Friday 1-1. The Knights are now 1-0-2 this season. Sora Funakoshi’ scored, and it was the first goal of his Division I collegiate career.

🔼 Two to Win. The women’s soccer team beat No. 24 Georgia 2-0 at home. The Knights scored one goal in each half, Ella Holloran with the first and Chloe Netzel with the second. Sami Lipcon had four huge saves in goal for the Knights in the second half.
